Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • Nationwide (Pakistan)
  • International shipping (if applicable β€” update this based on your business)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
